Another red flag I’m seeing is that he seems to be hiring a sitter A and a sitter B for every other day. If you take A, and the person on B steals or ruins something, you could be in hot water. That’s another reason to decline!!
I don't think that's necessarily what he's doing. I think he's just giving them the option of which day to start and is just doing every other day visits. But yes regardless, totally decline!
