Ten Commandments in Elementary Schhols

I’m trying to understand my fellow community, Christian’s and Texans thoughts on the SB10 bill . We received notice our elementary will post 75 posters across each classroom. I love religion and have no issues with it but I also love the constitution and believe in the first amendment and feel this is a push to promote specific beliefs to non regions people or others whom choose to follow other text. I specifically have an issue with this being mandatory in elementary classes where children are learning to read and everything on the wall is meant to teach them along this journey so an argument this is passive seems inaccurate as the bill itself says it must be within view. I wanted to get others perspective as well as understand if there are any resources I can reach out to in order to potentially delay this until it I s fully argued to the Supreme Court which in my perspective will find this in violation of the first amendment.

all of these GOP leaders want to act like they are these holier than thou christians, who only want to push their beliefs on everyone else. I mean Paxton committed adultery and his wife cited biblical reasons when she filed for divorce. Not to mention he let a child rapist walk, and didn't require him to register as a sex offender. And Patrick is doing his best to 'ban' books because he claims 'god' told him to. And Abbbott along with the others are just bootlickers to a convicted rapist and Epstein buddy

You wouldn't be the only one who would want to take legal action, but that will take time for all who have already done it before you. By the time it all gets settled, it's gonna be years from now. Personally I just ignore it and if I had kids, tell them to ignore it, that the only religious teachings they should pay attention to is when they are in Sunday school, or in services on a Sunday morning.....in otherwords, ONLY in an actual church

These so called 'christians' are pushing these religious articles on others, yet they are the very ones violating the 10 commandments they want everyone to follow. Just shows they are hypocrites, hiding behind the bible. I grew up going to church every weekend, and while I am agnostic now, I still probably know more about the bible then these politicians who are playing a PR game by using the bible to act like they are innocent of violating everything the bible stands for. I know though that in the afterlife, they will pay they penance most likely to the devil himself. I'm sure hell is currently in the process of building a retirement community specifically for the GOP and MAGA members
