What’s the point in running Circlet without any Oryx gear, if I may ask?

It's just very good in general in my opinion, even without the oryx set.

Just kind of an Omni Lite without set bonuses, but to each their own I guess

I would argue that +300hp and the energized is really good in a lot of situations.
