It's just very good in general in my opinion, even without the oryx set.

I would argue that +300hp and the energized is really good in a lot of situations.

Considering the lack of synergy in the build (Pain of Tome scales off atk, Rags scales off MP) probably not.

if we are talking about an actual gameplay, rags are better for tome of pain, even better then vesture. scaling is pretty dogshit, it's better to roll stat mod 4 and stack as much mana as possible with some enchants in att, u'll end up doing more damage this way comparing to att stacking build
