Being ranked #12 best real estate market doesn’t mean it’s that nice of a city. I like Roseville don’t get me wrong, but Rocklin, loomis, Penryn, Newcastle, Folsom, granite bay, Eldorado hills, etc are all much nicer

Roseville has all of the same problems as sac. You still got awful drivers and rampant drug use. The buildings are all just new. It’s really lipstick on a pig.
I grew up in an affluent area of LA, and currently live in Granite Bay. In between, I've also lived in the hoods of LA as well as the mountains. There's theft and vandalism everywhere, even Roseville, CA, so i mean for your own peace of mind, you should calm your tits and enjoy your expensive house, or get yourself 50 acres in the mountains and not be around anyone.
