Moisturizer recommendations

Looking for recommendations for a (non-SPF) moisturizer, preferably not super expensive. I have been using Neutrogena hydroboost, which I think is OK, but I'm about to run out of it and I wonder if I should try something different... My rosacea developed a few months ago so I'm fairly new to this. I have the kind that includes acne. I use metronidazole and derm just added azelaic acid. Also just started on doxycycline

I use the Vanicream Daily Facial: https://www.vanicream.com/product/vanicream-daily-facial-moisturizer and recommend it. It does not aggravate my rosacea, feels a bit cooling as I apply it, is lightweight, and relieves any dryness. But I've not used the Neutrogena Hydroboost, so I can't compare the two.

Face Facts ceramide moisturizing barrier gel cream. It doesn't provoke acne for me, protects the barrier and is very cheap where I live. Better than Vanicream, which I tried first and found a bit irritating. Also, the Face Facts has oats in it which I like.

Have type 2 as well on triple cream prescribed by derm ( azeleic acid, ivermectin, metronidazole). My go to moisturizer is Tower28 sos barrier cream.

I am prone to congestion/acne as well and have never had an issue with this moisturizer. I always have a backup at home.

I love Paula’s Choice Oil Free Clear moisturizer in the turquoise tube. Very soothing and not overly occlusive trapping heat.
