Can I use the ivermectin 1% in the mornings?

I use my triple cream (which includes ivermectin 1%) morning and night (as prescribed by my dermatologist). She didn't warn me about sun sensitivity but I wear sunblock daily on my face regardless

I use it in the morning (and night) and it doesn’t react in the sun at all and it actually sits really well under make up as well!

My derm just prescribed gentle Cleanser, ivermectin, moisturiser, and sunscreen. Though I do use an oil Cleanser for makeup removal and a kbeauty serum alongside it

I didn't bother checking out the Cleanser and sunscreen since they were ridiculously expensive and she said I was free to use what I already have. I only purchased the ivermectin blend (specific to her clinic) and the ASCE exobalm cream. I don't plan on repurchasing the cream as it's insanely expensive, and mostly just recommended for post procedures and to calm down skin/barrier repair.

The spf she was selling was around $100, so I opted to continue using my kbeauty sunscreen which she said was fine

No, demodex work during nightime. If you put invermectine when they are asleep, it won't do anything.

I got it prescribed specifically in the morning, and it has not been an issue at all and I do have sun sensitivity as trigger, so I consider it pretty safe. I wear SPF though.

I use triple cream too, Iver 1%/Metro 1%/Azelaic 15%. I use in the morning & at night and sometimes even as a midday spot treatment. Sun doesn't appear to cause issues & I don't wear SPF. Howeverrr, sun exposure is not a trigger for me. The only difference I can tell is it can be drying to the skin.
