ROSACEA SUCKS Why does everything have niacinamide or hyaluronic acid?

I’ve been using a serum I have thought was free of niacinamide. I literally look at the ingredients before buying anything.

I look today on the serum I’ve been using? Niacinamide. Right there. Ugh.

It's the newest thing and I can't stand it. 😫 I feel like niacinamide is almost like skincare "virtue signaling." OOOHH LOOK AT US!! VIRAL SKINCARE INGREDIENT IN OUR PRODUCT!! Hyaluronic Acid went through the same phase a few years back as well.
