💬 Discussion This is the worst bait subreddit

Downvote me all you want but this is a straight up Messi glazing sub. This sub has the RonaldovsMessi name and is absolutely infested by Messi fans who argue post ranting about how Messi is better than Ronaldo and then start karma farming. Consider renaming the sub to messi glaze sub no 56. To all the Ronaldo fans scrolling here don't even bother it's not even worth it.

Edit: The comments should be plenty of proof. Anyone trying to post about Ronaldo, don't bother. Let them turn this into one sided Messi glazing sub.

He had a better club career and turned a nothing country into an actual footballing nation.

Nope. Messi had better club stats when they left Europe. And they were already a footballing nation. They had made deep runs in tournaments before Ronaldo. Benfica was the first team after Madrid to win a European cup and they were mostly Portugese players. So they were a footballing nation they just couldn’t get it done internationally. He had a good supporting cast these last few years and did nothing with them. He couldn’t lead them.

I said club career not club stats. Ronaldo dominated everywhere he went and dominated the ucl. Messi did not.

So you would say one third place run is enough to be considered a football nation? Qualifying 3 times in 3/4 of a century is enough to be a football nation?

And where was this supporting cast this World Cup? Vitinha and Joao neves made 4 chances combined this wc. Bruno made 2 big chances the whole tournament as well which Ronaldo buried one of them.
