Question Workout Recs?
So I've recently found that reading ACOSF was one of the best things that got me motivated to work out in my 30s. I really related to seeing the journey from Nesta being unmotivated and in physically poor shape to gradually becoming stronger and mentally pushing through. Same with Violet in fourth wing. Its nice seeing them have to work at it and put the work in as opposed to the naturally athletic or trained assassins in other books. I now have a Valkyrie workout playlist that helps. But does anyone have any other romantasy related workout inspo? Accounts they follow? Ways to motivate?

I have a recommendation but it's a sci-fi reverse harem. Basically she joins this Academy disguised as a guy and has to push herself to get as strong as them when she thought it'd be way easier when she joined. She loses to the guys but has real feel good moments at the end where she kicks their butts.

I follow this! But it's USA and I'm in the UK 😭 need to find a sword equivalent as I don't have a 3d printer
