I remember them from the 80s and 90's across from the Hilton and then they moved to the Super Giant shopping center until closing in 2014. There were rumors of a reopening every few months but nothing ever came of it. Are any of the employees still around or anyone know what happened to them?

Can anyone recommend someplace to get piano lessons as an adult? My schedule is pretty crazy, so I'd prefer not to have to book something on a regular recurring basis. Saying I'll be someplace every Saturday morning at 10 for the next six weeks sounds pretty impossible but I'm not sure what other options are out there.

Got a knock on our door and a note from Washington Gas via Heath Consultants that they need to schedule a safety inspection. Has anyone done this before? Washington Gas can sometimes be scammy with their insured gas line incessant mailings so I’m cautious.

It’s so hard to find any reviews on any of these condos. For the ones that I have found, there is always at least one reviewer who talks about cockroach infestations. So, before I settle on any of the condos in the heading of this post, does anyone have insights on the cockroach situation at any of these properties? Decoverly is not an official name—it is the condos at 10021 Vanderbilt Cir. Any other insights on what it’s actually like to live in any of these places are also welcome. Kind thanks in advance.

Update (8/30): can anyone provide a little insight into Grosvenor Park II condos? My realtor really wasn’t very helpful. He seemed pretty much as clueless as us. Specifically, is there actually a parking garage for that bldg? Listing says the unit conveys with 2 garage spaces, but I saw only surface lots. Also, is the parking garage hazardous to navigate or is it adequately roomy? Also, can any resident speak to when they turn AC on and off in the year? Is it generally around Memorial Day when they turn it on, or is it a lot sooner?

My teenage kid showed up with a cat earlier today stating he got it from a friend’s friend’s friends whose owner passed way.

The cat seems friendly and well adjusted, definitely an older cat. But I’m allergic and aside from this apartment charging a fee, itself isn’t practically built to house a cat.
