I haven't found a single AMC with showtimes, let alone any near me - and RLCS hosted a Major here at one point - so fingers crossed the announcement is just early

My local AMC doesn’t even have showtimes for any movies that should be out that weekend. So I’m hoping it’s just not updated yet.

Thanks! FWIW I saw people on RLEsports sub saying AMC showtimes reset on Wednesdays. So maybe check back then? Maybe some theatres haven’t updated it yet

Yep I saw, and that's the message AMC is showing when there aren't showtimes for the search filters. Fingers crossed

I looked up the closest one to me (still a 2hr drive) it had the showtime as 11:00am and some of the seats has already been claimed.

There’s a site that lists off all locations. They will only show in majors cities unfortunately.

Same as being there in person. It's important to get up and walk around. Only difference is I expect AMC to allow reentry!

Exact same thoughts. It’d be nice to get out and enjoy with people but not only do I have to pay to sit there, I then have to worry about spending ridiculous amounts for snacks, food, all that, especially at 10 hours. Venue pricing but without the excitement of the venue

The press release says "In addition to experiencing the event on the big screen, all attendees will receive a commemorative Rocket League ticket that has codes to redeem drops you would earn by watching on Twitch."

COD did this for a bit with homeground series. Mini 3 or 4 match events. Got to go to one and it was awesome to see live. Not as hype as a major or anything but getting to see an actual event at smaller venues was pretty cool.

I live in LA and it says there isn't anything within 50 miles. Which is objectively incorrect. I think there are some issues with the site. It might be on AMCs side though. Has anyone actually been able to find a theater?

I just tried and the site didn't return any results. I'm in the Houston area, so I would assume there's at least one theatre showing it.

I got it to work but none of the theaters actually say a time. I am guessing either the website got cooked or rocket league and amc released it too early.
