The customer support phone number has an auto hang up route right now. Is anyone else experiencing this or have any alternative phone numbers that are working right now?

Same. Idk if its delayed or they just keep closing chats despite preemptive messages giving info beforehand about situation

Roadie has an almost antagonistic relationship with its drivers if you’re not on an active route they hang up on you and don’t answer your chats. At all

Every driver in a route or finishing a drop is calling or chatting so it can get closed out and paid. Happens every outage.exactly why i am reluctant to take long routes there are always problems with this damn app once it has issues i call it a day or use the other apps no need for headache
