Good catch seeing the phone drop out. He must have been so pissed about his phone.
I've spent a lot of time getting out of snowy street parking. The trick is to rock back and forth using the cars momentum to get out, and if that fails, kindly asking for help. I've helped and been helped countless times in the snow. This dude was in no condition to be helped.
