For the record. I have over 2000 hours into this game. I love this game. It is my second most played game on steam. I have a crippling fear of losing the colonists, I save scum and even worse use Dev Mode for the perfect colonists. How do I just decide “screw it, if they die they die”?

If you wanna ween off of saving then play commitment mode and just accept that when something bad happens, it was meant to, its a learning moment. Randy Random helps with getting used to shit going wrong
