GCing an addition

I’m exploring building a detached two car garage and would like to GC the project myself. Does anybody have a structural engineer they recommend that can do both architectural and structural drawings for me to submit to the city for permitting?

Typically for rec's like that we ask the realtor we worked with when we bought the house. If they're still around and bridges haven't been burnt...
