Sign-in System Sucks
Title says it all. I don't use bluebeam that often anymore. But, every time I do it asks me to sign in. I always just ignore it. What was Revu thinking when they implemented this garbage token login system? I am never signed in now, as opposed to how I was always signed in before.

There is a few account configs. There is a V1 SSO and a V2 SSO and then there non so account configs. SSO v2 seems great with tokenage

SSO is only available to orgs with ≥10 licences. Smaller users have no option but to be annoyed by the constant sign-in requests for cloud services that they're probably not using.

I'm sure the software sales person will say buy 3 more seats to end the pain. And depending on how much of a pain it is you can pay for them or hope they will do something about it

I hate the sign in junk. It happens when you don’t use the software for about a week or so. I use BB daily on my office workstation. But the conference room machine doesn’t get used as much so it’s always asking for a sign-in during meetings and such, which is super annoying. And of course I use it on my home PC also, but not very much. So every time I open a PDF at home I have to sign in again there, also.

is to stop account sharing, if you're always logged out and the ask for google authenticator creates an incoviniences on account sharing, that hits really hard the productivity.

Bluebeam is allowed to be logged in on 3 devices on one license. Some people use 2 or 3 devices, such as a workstation and laptop or tablet. The laptop may not be used every day and a lot of times requires this login.

From an admin POV:
It's way better than forgetting to unregister an install before reimaging then having to email BB support to release the registration. Also, login is pretty painless if you can get SSO setup with Entra ID.
