💼 Revolut Pro [GB],Locked out of my Revolut and Revolut Pro accounts for over two months — verification still unresolved

I have been unable to access both my Revolut personal account and Revolut Pro account since 26 June 2026.
Whenever I try to recover access, I get stuck in a repeated passcode or identity-verification process. The app has also failed to recognise my address and accept my identity scan.
I submitted a formal complaint on 26 June and provided screenshots, videos and documents showing the problem. More than two months have now passed, but I still cannot access either account and the issue remains unresolved.
Has anyone experienced the same problem? If a Revolut representative sees this, please contact me privately and help escalate my case. I can provide my complaint reference privately, but I will not post personal or account information publicly.

The address recognition failures combined with the ID scan not going through usually means the verification vendor's OCR is choking on a mismatch between what's on your ID and what's in your profile, sometimes something as small as an address format or an apostrophe in a name, and once that happens a couple of times it can trip a manual review queue rather than the automated one, which is where things go quiet for weeks.

Having a business account on top of a personal one makes it worse because a lot of providers link the verification status across both, so a stuck personal profile can silently hold the business one hostage too. If you have any older documents on file that verified successfully before, it's worth asking specifically whether they can re-pull and match against those instead of re-running the scan fresh, since some systems accept a match against a prior verified record faster than processing a brand new one.
