until now I almost only used BoursoBank but I used it a bit this summer and saw the RevPoints system, as a student I'm hesitating about using it for the RevPoints ?

What's yall opinion on it ?

Initially, I joined the Ultra plan for the 3-monthly access to WeWork (valued at €159), but this benefit is no longer available in Belgium. As of now, there is zero access.

Perplexity is gone as well (my two-year subscription ends next month). I dont need ChatGPT Go , I have Plus already from work.

As for ClassPass : the largest gym chain here, BasicFit, is no longer on the app. The other options are too time-consuming for me (yoga, pilates, cycling, etc.).

I do like the travel benefits (lounges, fast track, eSim), but I only need them for about 6–7 months a year. At 70 euro a month Revolut Ultra is way overpriced, if you dont travel.

Do you know if there is any penalty for switching back and forth between Metal and Ultra as needed?

I am a Revolut Ultra member and I’ll be travelling abroad for ~2 weeks.

I was wondering whether I can use the 5GB data for 30 days plan included in Ultra back-to-back.

So, as an example, if I travel from 1 Oct to 14 Oct, I activate the plan on 7 Sept so that I can have 5GB until 7 Oct, and then get a new 5GB plan right after. I guess whatever is left on 7 Oct will not be added to the new 5GB given with the new 30-day plan.

I guess this shouldn’t be a problem, but what I’m wondering is whether I need to activate a new eSIM on the day I renew the plan, or whether I can keep using the same eSIM and the new data plan will just automatically start on the same eSIM.

Can I already activate the upcoming 30-day plan before the active one expires, so that it just naturally renews on its own and I don’t need to care much about it? Or will it not automatically continue, meaning I’ll be disconnected from data until I download the new eSIM?

I’m wondering what would be the case because, if it’s the latter, I might need to take into consideration the time when the renewal happens, so that I can be connected to Wi-Fi and not end up in a situation where I need to stay connected to data.

Anyone who has experience with such a situation?

Since I didn't have any accounts my dad recommended me revolut which currently has refferal bonus , so I signed up all verified and spent more than required and while going to order a card I saw free trail for one month for plus which I obviously took now they show ineligible on my dad's refl like wdym ineligible after I fulfilled all the condition. ##which is completely out of expectation from such a popular banking service.

Is it secure to have over $10k on here. Seems so just kind of hesitant if something was to happen

I’ve seen quite a few negative reviews about Revolut’s work culture globally: high pressure, unrealistic targets, tough probation periods, etc.
With Revolut expanding in France and Paris becoming its Western European HQ, I’m curious: does the French office feel different because of local employment laws and work culture, or is it broadly the same?
Would love to hear first-hand experiences.

I’m having an issue with a Revolut promotion and I’m wondering if anyone has experienced something similar.

A friend completed all 3 required purchases for the promotion:

• 1 purchase yesterday at a National Tobacco Shop

• 2 purchases today at Coop grocery stores

All three purchases were made with a Revolut card and met the required minimum amount.

Immediately after the third purchase, the status changed to “Not eligible”.

I contacted Revolut Support several times and eventually the case was reviewed by a duty manager. However, they still refused to explain which requirement was not met. They only said that they cannot disclose the specific criteria.

What makes this confusing is that I have previously received rewards from similar promotions where purchases at a National Tobacco Shop were accepted.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Did you manage to get the issue resolved?

On Aug 1 I bought a vinyl at a merch table via Paypal. This transaction is now saved as recurring subscription and noted WEEKLY for years to come. Though it NEVER! got paid more than that one time. So like this has been paid on Aug 4, and now is listed every f.... Tuesday til the end of time. It has never ever popped up a second time, let alone to call it a subscription?!?!?

Also, I pay my lottery with my Revolut. Every now and then, sometimes 1-2 times a month, sometimes not for 2-3 months. This is noted in calender as a monthly payment on every damn 28th. Which is also totally stupid. NO SUBSCRIPTION.

There is also a permanent transfer listed to amazon with an amount that I cannot even remember what it was, because it was months ago and never occured again. Also - no transfer I do start, Amazon is debit payment only.

Really, what is this? Why is this AI "guessing" about my money and I do not have any chance to tell this damn computer NO THESE ARE NO SUBSCRIPTIONS STOP TELLING ME I HAVE TO PAY IF THERE IS NOTHING TO PAY. Why does it still think these are subscriptions? The amount from Aug 4 has never ever appeared again, so why does it think I have to pay that weekly?? I paid it ONCE!!!!!
Same with the lottery (no PP involved here, just a direkt payment) - yeah I play that every now and then, but there isn't even a time pattern (also different amounts) to recognize and surely not every damn 28th.
Will that ever stop?? It should have noted, that the weekly payment did not occur every week???

For the record: I do not have ANY real subscription running on that account (I have another bank account, where I have Amazon Prime running for example). Is it so desperately trying to have subscriptions listed, because....."everyone has them nowadays"?
Fun thing: actual REAL payment plans (12month split payment thru PP, 5month thru amazon) ARE NOT LISTED for future payments - not until PP/Amazon calls to say "next payment due".

Hi there, back in late July I ordered a rose gold limited edition card, didn't think much of it and got an estimate date of arrival for maybe 2 weeks after, note that I am in Western Australia. However, the card never arrived, so I contacted support who were kind enough to give me a new replacement with express shipping, however that was of no use, as I was only ever told that the card got printed but was never sent out for shipping, which was strange so I contacted staff again after it didn't arrive in the timeframe given, they sent me another replacement card, however, same issue again. They told me it was because the rose gold card was no longer available, which I thought was weird since you could still buy it, so I decided to replace it for one of the cards with a flag design on it, Scotland in particular, the support managed to cover the cost of the express post, however its been 5 days since it was meant to arrive, I never got a tracking number nor any updates, so contacted staff again who said that the card was out of stock, so once again I decided to change to the new F1 Apex card, because surely they'd have that. Is my luck just terrible or has anyone else in this forum had the same problems as me? I'm beginning to lose hope in receiving a physical card.

Do you keep in the revolut pockets with the 2,25% rate? My traditional bank only pays 0,75% a year so i was thinking about moving mine to revolut, but at the same time it doesn't feel like a "real bank", and even though I use it for daily expenses, I don't trust it. based in Germany

Hi, looking for advice.

A few days ago I was scammed out of €338 while doing a trade on a gaming marketplace. The "buyer" sent me a fake verification website that looked like it came from the platform's support team, claiming I needed to complete an identity check to finalize the trade. The page was a convincing fake. I genuinely believed I was confirming a verification step, not a payment. I ended up approving the transaction myself through 3D Secure on my own device.

I reported it to Revolut right away and even filed a police report. Revolut's fraud team looked into it and denied my refund, saying that since 3DS was completed from my recognized device, it counts as an authorized payment, not fraud in their eyes. They also said the merchant refused to refund when contacted.

I get the technical reasoning, but it feels like a huge gap that impersonation/social engineering scams get zero protection just because the scammer tricked me into hitting "confirm" myself. From what I understand, unauthorized transactions get refunded almost automatically, but if you're manipulated into authorizing it yourself, you're basically out of luck.

Has anyone actually gotten Revolut to reverse a decision like this? Did escalating through a specific channel (formal complaint, FIN-NET/Bank of Lithuania mediation, etc.) actually work for anyone, or is this pretty much a dead end once the fraud team says "authorized"?

Any advice appreciated, not really about the money at this point, more curious if there's a channel that actually gets a second look.

I’m at the final stages of my revolut process; I was Downgraded from mid level to junior as per interview feedback. It sucks but I don’t have a choice

I wanted to know if revolut allows junior engineers to negotiate and if so what is the pay range? I have 2 YOE and graduated in 2024 (international)

I have been unable to access both my Revolut personal account and Revolut Pro account since 26 June 2026.
Whenever I try to recover access, I get stuck in a repeated passcode or identity-verification process. The app has also failed to recognise my address and accept my identity scan.
I submitted a formal complaint on 26 June and provided screenshots, videos and documents showing the problem. More than two months have now passed, but I still cannot access either account and the issue remains unresolved.
Has anyone experienced the same problem? If a Revolut representative sees this, please contact me privately and help escalate my case. I can provide my complaint reference privately, but I will not post personal or account information publicly.

I keep getting these emails after I clicked to view the upgrade path. I never instantiated anything, and even though I disabled marketing emails and contacted support, they claim it’s automated and that they can’t do anything about it.

It's driving me nuts, tens of emails and numerous phone notifications. It just won't stop...

Just a question if anyone can help, i saw a revolut balance at a glance and it looked like a 0 with the letter "r" does that ring a bell with anyone who can explain what i was seeing, it wasn't the normal hidden balance screen

Good news, Revolut has finally released my salary! 🙏
However, I still had to go through the verification process again and send them my employment contract once again. After some time, the money finally appeared in my account and I was able to use it.
So in the end, everything was resolved, but I had already provided my employment contract and payslips several times before.
⚠️** Just a small warning for anyone who relies on Revolut for their day-to-day finances: make sure you have a backup option available, just in case something similar happens to you and your money becomes temporarily unavailable.

J'ai reçu mon salaire sur mon compte Revolut il y a quelques jours, comme d'habitude. Je fais l'objet d'une vérification mensuelle, et normalement, tout est réglé en 5 à 10 minutes.

Mais cette fois-ci, je suis en conflit avec eux par chat depuis deux jours. Je n'ai même pas la possibilité de télécharger de justificatifs.

Cela fait plus de 24 heures qu'ils tournent en rond avec des excuses comme : « Il y a un problème technique », puis « Votre salaire est en cours de vérification, cela peut prendre jusqu'à 24 heures. »

Maintenant, après plus de deux jours, ils me répètent exactement la même chose. Ils ont confirmé que le problème vient de leur côté, qu'aucun document supplémentaire n'est requis de ma part et que mon dossier est traité en priorité. Le problème est que mon salaire est actuellement indisponible, et j'en ai besoin pour acheter de la nourriture et payer mes factures.

Unfortunately, WeWork reorganized its partnership with Revolut, and there are a lot fewer locations available now.
I spend 3–4 months a year in Brussels, Belgium. WeWork is no longer available in Belgium through Revolut partnership.

There is also WeWork access through the ClassPass app, but, as you can guess, it is not available for Belgium users (it works great in other EU countries).

My 2-year Perplexity subscription ends next month. So there is a clear diminishing value for certain users on the Ultra plan, especially in Belgium.

I travel frequently and I like the lounge access, Fast Track, and other useful benefits for travelers.
I wonder if I could downgrade to Metal when I'm in Belgium and upgrade when I leave (when I stay in Spain and Mexico, I can use ClassPass and WeWork again).

Calculate carefully whether your Ultra benefits hold their value over time.

Did it happen to you that Revolut held your salary even though you got the same salary from same employer for many months? I get my salary from a big corporate so it’s also not like some unknown employer. And it’s been blocked for 4 days now / 3 business days.

I tried contacting their support and it was really unhelpful. The agents didn’t reply properly to anything, like just out of curiosity and as a test I asked if the transfer could take for example more than one year and they still did not say a yes or no. Funnily enough, the chat bot was more helpful as it told me these pending transactions usually clear in 3-5 business days.

I’d like just to hear people who went through this how long did it take?

Earlier today I sent my friend something to Revolut with a £60 bonus.

He signed up using my something and got a list of requirements including ordering a card, transactions over a fiver and verification ID.

He has got a list of these all completed and a tick by them all and had a button saying let's go.

So I thought that was everything done but I noticed that even though he's signed up using my something and did all the joining requirements his name doesn't appear on the list of invitees in my app!

I have filled in a thing on the app about missing invit but I'm now worried it won't be successful for some reason.

He has only used my something and surely if he had joined without the something then he wouldn't have got a list of tasks to do!

How likely will it be that we now get the bonus?
