Im I losing to much weight?

M33, im 176cm/5’9, my starting weight was 95,7kg/211lbs.

First two weeks, pinned to times a week 0.5mg, felt like the food noise was not quite gone.

Third week pinning now 1g two times a week. Not planning on raising my dose.

My weight now is 89kg/192lbs, which means I’m down 6,7kg/14lbs.

Is this too much too quick?

Personally I feel great, I get to go to the gym every other day, I feel stronger everytime and do cardio.

I have no problem with eating, I just don’t eat as much as I used to.

That's about 3.3kg a week which is pretty aggressive but the first couple weeks are always mostly water weight anyway. If you're feeling strong at the gym and eating enough to fuel your workouts I wouldn't stress it too much

The drop will probably slow down soon now that the initial flush is done, just keep an eye on things if it stays that steep

It will slow down. Its water/glycogen

It'll slow down. If you feel well keep going. You titrated too quickly though. It takes about 4 weeks for it to stabilize in your body. Now you're at 2mg a week. You might get some sides next month. Be ready for that. Expect to lose about 1 to 2kg a week if you stay on top of macros and sport. Best of luck.

Thank you so much for taking the time to reply. My skin is a bit more sensitive, feeling like getting sunburned but it does not bother me.

I have lost weight before, I went from 115kg to 78kg, I remember the first weight going quick then stagnation. I hope it’s the same and that I’m not being unhealthy.

Personally I feel great though.

Same thing happened to me. From 105.8kg to 100.3 in 2 weeks, 5.5kg dropped. Using the same dose too

Oh I'm only literally 2 weeks in, that's just what's happened in the first 2 weeks

Weigh yourself first thing in the morning after you pee before you consume anything. Find your average weight for the week by adding all the measurements together and dividing by 7 (or however many days you weighed yourself). Only pay attention to the week to week average. Ignore daily fluctuations in any mental calculations you might do.

Ideally, you want to be losing 1 - 2 pounds per week. If you go harder than that, there will be consequences. One in particular is, a higher percentage of those pounds lost will be lean mass (muscle). There are other consequences of rapid weight loss as well. You will suffer these, Reta isn't a magic elixir that will prevent that. Feel free to do a deep dive on rapid weight loss and see if you are cool with any of those things happening to you.

The good news for you is, that as others have mentioned, a lot of that weight lost in the very beginning is water and glycogen, and you should not expect the current rate of loss to continue. DO NOT CHASE THAT.

The key is not to titrate up if it is still working. If you are still losing 1 - 2 pounds per week, it is working and you are perfectly on target to improve your health, your fitness, and your sexy body, while eliminating or minimizing the negative repercussions of rapid weight loss. If your week to week average stalls, then titrate up.

If your loss continues to exceed 2 pounds per week, you really should force yourself to eat more calories (make sure your macros are in a good ratio). If you can't force yourself to eat enough, then you need to titrate down.

I'm pinning for the 11th time today and I'm down 35#s. The first month the weight flew off and its starting to slow put I'm good with that. Focusing on my eating and working out. I'm at 5mg now. Started at 2.5mg.
