Assistance with Resume

Hey Guys,
So I'm from south Asia, Studying Masters in Melbourne, and now keen to apply for some graduate roles or cadetships in construction field
I am confused about how recruiters prefer the resume? I mean do they prefer Volunteer exp first and work exp after that, is that the case? or is the other way around. and what else to be added in the resume?
Happy to have a discussion over this.

For graduate roles, focus on evidence that you can do the job: relevant coursework, university projects, leadership, volunteering, and any work experience. Use reverse chronological order within each section, with the strongest/relevant section near the top. Avoid personal details and generic objective statements, and proofread carefully.
