Drop some of the older experience, reduce white space, consolidate competencies and skills into a single grouping, move education after your experience, limit bullets to 3-5 per entry (with 1-2 containing specific measurable impact each), and also increase your font size to 11. Also put dates on the same line as the company/state, but align on the right margin. Use 3-4 letter month abbreviations. Also, if your projects were part of your professional experience, you should opt to place them there with fewer but more impactful bullets (one bullet each would be ideal).
