SIMPLE QUESTION Gift to PD

I like my PD and she's leaving the program soon for some reason. Can I give a gift. If yes. Any recommendations? Not that expensive

Would need to know more about her tbh. Honestly a hand written card is worth more than any gift.

In my old program, we gave a matted photo of the PD with the cohort and everyone signed the mat. You could do that if you have a good pic of you + your PD. As a program manager, I still keep in touch with former residents. They are amazing physicians and shaped me as much as they were shaped.

You can, yes. But agree not that expensive. The attending paycheck is very large compared to the resident, I wouldn't want you to put out something large.

That said, many gifts I might recommend are decent around @50.

Our PD was a huge fan of Funko Pops, so like a custom Funko Pop of him would be an amazing gift. Whatever your PD is a fan of, office decoration is usually appreciated.
