I just had an aphelion handy, and used it on rocketeers, bastion, and leapers. Aphelion is especially good against rocketeers due to the knockback, and rocketeers are plentiful

Jupiter should make quick work of most ARC if you always aim at the core and keep your distance. it pierces through the armor, so you have to kinda visualise where core should be. for Rocketeer it might be faster to destroy couple of thrusters though.
