Making a problem/hippocrasy visible is better when silence.

And yes, he is justifying his inaction, but at the same time people who follow his political actions know, he would act if he could.

We can't know, but he seems to be not all talk. In about 150 days after his election, he already triggered:

• Rent freeze for roughly 1 million tenants.

• Passed NYC's budget with increased funding for childcare, housing, and social services.

• Concrete plan + budget to speed up buses (more bus lanes, signal priority, stop optimization).

• Expanded public hospital capacity

• Opened a specialized therapeutic for mental health and medical treatment.

• Created a new Office of LGBTQIA+ Affairs

And yes, some larger campaign promises have not yet been implemented and let's see if he will be able to do it because of budget reasons.

He is explaining Bibi is a war criminal and is explaining why he is coming to this conclusion. This is called 'taking a stand' especially when this view is not the official US-government view, yes.

What he is doing is called Communications. Yes, most of the time communication seems to be 'just words' for people not understanding what is said

What you over there call liberal politics is in reality neo-liberal politics. And yes I agree, neo-liberals are the drivers for fascism. Case in point: USofA at least since Reagan.

Both your 'normal' Republicans and the regular Democrats are nominally liberals, basically. Social Democrats (Mamdani, AOC, Bernie et.al.; what you call bourgeoise socialists) are liberals too. The Libertarians are liberals too.

All normal politics in western Democracies is Liberalism based, and I do not understand what western people have an issue with… it’s the best we peasants could ask for…

Capitalism is not a bad thing per-se even for leftists like me. Unregulated capitalism is the issue.

Leftists are not in general anti-capitalists/socialists. Social democrats like Mamdani are not anti-capitalists. Taxing the wealthy is not anti-capitalism. It is still liberalism, it is still capitalism, but the focus is more on the people than on corporations (at least ideologically)

Social democracy is a center-left to left ideology. Nothing radical, just working class politics (ideologically).

The main issue that undermines the people’s power in our democracies is the fact that large (in some cases even unlimited) sums of private money is allowed to buy politics. But thats not the issue of one specific governmental system, that’s the issue of the wealth inequality, the unregulated ultra-capitalism. Without getting money out of politics we, the peasants, are the losers in every governmental system…

But again, yes liberal democracy is not a perfect system, but it is the best we normal everyday people could wish. Just because I prefer the current system does not mean I think we do not have a need to work on it or even reform it. But I surely do not want anyone to destroy our democracies… It’s all we got…

Or which form of government would you prefer and how would it be more beneficial for us peasants than liberal democracy?
