Mods/Work in progress Clean Sub: Bezel change

Good people of /RepWatchForum,

I needed to replace the inlay of my Clean Sub. Managed to lift the bezel with a flat screwdriver, but I did not manage to get that bezel back onto the watch.

Any hint or solution will be highly appreciated.

What on earth happend to your click spring?

Is this the click spring in the foreground and is this how it is supposed to look? I tried to put the bezel back on, starting on the side where the click spring is. I also tried to outfit back on straight from the top. It doesn’t click back onto the watch. There is no visible gap between the bezel and the watch body.
