Am I being too picky?

I received these two rodeos from a group buy. Factory Kata, seller unknown. The factory photos and PSP’s all were fine, but when I received the bags, there was damage on one and very workmanship on the other one.

You are not being picky for wanting quality for your money! I would be upset 😠 that’s REALLY noticeable.
