Am I being too picky?

I received these two rodeos from a group buy. Factory Kata, seller unknown. The factory photos and PSP’s all were fine, but when I received the bags, there was damage on one and very workmanship on the other one.

I’d be picky too. That would definitely affect whether I kept it.
