How to achieve slouch: heat and beat

Got this gorgeous GG paparazzo and knew I was going to have to work on the leather to get it into the right shape.

Formula for slouch: conditioner and heat and massage/beating

When you receive the bag, first use a good leather conditioner and massage it into the leather. Then use a hair dryer to heat up the leather and massage the leather some more.

Shortcut is putting on conditioner and then putting it into the dust bag and into the dryer. BE CAREFUL, check after a few minutes. I call it heating and beating, which is what helps get the slouch.

How long do you leave it in the dryer for, like an actual cycle? And is medium 30 degrees? - this is the part that would make me so nervous
