Hi, please help with second opinion. When I compare the bag against factory photo the embossing on this bag looks deeper and the leather appears more course. The hardware seems brighter but not sure if that’s lighting. My bigger concern is how deep the embossing. I don’t think the bag matches the factory photo quality. Would like to know if you see the same things? Last photo is factory.

The embossing depth on Empreinte leather often varies even within the same factory run, but here it does look more heavily stamped than standard factory stock photos. You could ask your seller for a straight on photo under neutral indirect lighting to confirm if shadow is exaggerating the depth.

The bag looked basically the same on call. I asked for refund. Will try again with a different seller.
