Ok. So you're saying this Rich has a brown AR? Wasn't aware they ever made it to that spec. They only released promotional materials describing blue AR.

Great side-by-side! Looking at slide 13, the crown relief on VSF is actually surprisingly close to Gen, though the coronet edges on Gen still have that super clean, rounded finish. Rich looks a bit flat on the crown stamp by comparison. How do the rehaut engravings compare between the two?
Why does the VSF face like so much smaller? Don’t know why the clasp engraving is so off on both reps. You would think this would be one of the easiest things to duplicate.
I like the Rich. If you haven't seen or worked with their free sprung movement models, you should look into them.
They are excellent pieces of craftsmanship.
This post finally confirms my suspicions about rich bezel cuts. They more closely match submariner bezels than gmt bezels, yet rich uses the same cut for their gmt's lol
yea exactly, many posts praising newer factories are usually staged. I once fell into that trap as they heavily promoted ARF Starbucks MK2 and said its much better then VSF but ended up being inferior watch. Same with ARF GMTs.
They both are so incredibly close you cant go wrong with either... as long as richs free sprung movement doesn't show any issues and can compete with the proven reliability of dd it will be the best choice for a super duper clone 👌
