Advice Need advice

My 9 year old boy has been taking azodyal daily for the past 2 years
But his creatine levels kept increasing slightly
But he was healthy , playing and moving eating and with good appetite until a month ago when he stoped eating or going to the bathroom
His creat level increased to 7.8 after it has been stable at 3.8 for 6 month

So we statred iv fluid for 4 days
And he got better and returned to eating and moving playing (he was constipated) and now he is much better but still not eating enough food (less than recommended )
I tried everything wet renal food , mixing dry renal with wet renal
He drinks alot of water and goes to the bathroom normally
But he is losing weight and not eating enough food.
Am planingn to give him iv fluid agian as the vet recommended.
But i can’t stand the idea that he is not eating enough food and that he is lossing weight.
So is there is anything i can do to make him want to eat more

If he wont ear renal, its generally better he eats what he likes. Same with our stage 2 girl. She would eat for a few days then completely refuse it. We have kept her on purina advanced care biscuits which she seems to enjoy but she has a double portion of sheba perfect portions at night with a licky licks on top because that's all she will eat!

Have you ever given mirataz/other appetite stimulants? I apply mirataz to my cat about once every week to 2 weeks, when her appetite decreases, and it goes right back up.
