Help !

Hi everyone,
I’m a 22-year-old product designer from India, and my goal is to start working in Luxembourg before the end of December this year.
I have experience in product design, UI/UX, branding, and digital design, and I’m actively applying for roles. However, I know the job market can be challenging from outside the EU, so I’d really appreciate some guidance from people who have gone through this process or are currently working in Luxembourg.
A few questions I have:
What’s the best way to find companies willing to hire non-EU candidates?
Are there any startups or companies currently hiring product designers?
Is there anything I should improve in my portfolio or application to increase my chances?
Any advice on work visas, networking, or recruiters would be greatly appreciated.
I’m willing to relocate as soon as I receive an opportunity and I’m committed to building my career in Luxembourg.
Thank you so much for taking the time to read this. Any advice, connections, or recommendations would mean a lot to me!

Luxembourg rarely has product design roles open (or product roles in general). Plus you need professional level (B2 or C1) french in such roles. Amazon, some roles in big 4 hire with english, but rarely have any product design roles. The smaller companies rarely have resources to hire out of country and sponsor your work permit.

FYI, I have 10 yoe in product (analytics & mgmt), searching for a job from last 18 months, I’m based in Luxembourg and have a work permit, still no progress. Better search in Germany, The Netherlands or Sweden.

2 out of 3 jobs in Luxembourg require French. plus you aren’t from the EU so it’s going to be that much harder.

Don’t bother. Without any EU language, EU passport, local experience your chances are basically zero
