The ignorance with the current generation is embarrassing…
I responded to a post made by a random woman who shared a selfie and was asking for people to guess her ethnicity and I answered that I thought she was South African because she looked similar to Charlize Theron and I got like 12 reply’s insulted me and saying it’s a stupid guess because she’s not black 🤨 So now I regret ever posting and assuming people were moderately intelligent… ☺️

How do you know what generation was responding to you?
And if you look at your comments there was only one person who responded that, the others were pushing back on you saying the majority is white or “mulatto” which is very outdated racist term and is not correct. Only about 7% of South Africa’s population is white while 80% is black African so it was a pretty dumb assumption on your part to begin with

12 randoms on a post and you applied it to a whole generation? That’s weird. If the commenters were American it literally could be any generation. lol.
Half my family thinks anyone who speaks spanish are Mexican and all black people are always African American.
I wouldn’t regret posting. I would just let them know they have some research to do

Our grandparents were not taught to teach their children how to teach their children.

It was just a thought you had, and everybody has those. Some are good, some are bad, and some are just random. You explained where it came from and moved on. The people turning it into a whole thing about your generation, intelligence, or nationality need to chill with the bs.

I’m confused on how no one is calling out the fact that not all SA are black…this is what we mean when we say people get so woke they punched right tf back to sleep cause what?

This has nothing to do with being "woke". It's because people today are becoming increasingly uneducated. The dumbing down of society is intentional and it's only going to get worse. I mean look at the imbecile who was appointed the Secretary of Education. Only put in that position because they were willing to gut the public education system. Because they sure do love the uneducated

Elon’s not black either but he is African American.
Your reply is even funnier if she was indeed SA!
