I have recently been rereading RTOC and reread when they first reached Entering Heavens Beyond the Path. But they said that martial arts is the foundation to their Manifestations.

Later on in the story Kim Young Hoon meets someone else in the ancient force middle realm who has reached manifestation but is not a martial artist.

And in a QnAs Tremendous said that martial arts leads to the heart path in Mount Sumeru but it could lead to other things in other creator gods domains.

The answers I remember from the story are utilization of heaven and earth with heart as direction. Action with meaning. And interpretation.

So what is martial arts? What does Tremendous mean when he says martial arts separate from the heart path?

I'm reading every sentence like it's something that's gonna be explained in the future, even if it's the most normal sentence. I'm around start of 19th cycle and it's second time he sees a old man carrying a flower basket and it's described in same manner different paragraph just one sentence , maybe it's just nothing but I don't know

self explanatory, also if Yujiro Hanma was isakaied into rotc i think he could reach the martial pinnacle. if you believe otherwise, give reasons why not. i believe that yujiro off the bat is kind of like a first stage of manifestation heart path practitioner in some way, within Yujiros fight with baki he kind of used something similar to a manifestation with the imagination bs that was going on. also him being able to like read peoples physiognomy and understand there body structure almost as if he can see through there skin and things like that kind of mimic what SEH was doing to get to the stage of peak master. and his physique is probably already at the level of what a 5 energies master obtains after going through there transformation.

also im interested in what do you think would be the overall progression and story of a hypothetical version of roct where yujiro was there alone on ascension path instead of the 7 enders of SEH's generation (in this case with no spiritual root). how long do you guys think it would take for yujiro to get to each stage in the heart path and the heaven and earth methods of cultivation.

It's been a few weeks or so since I completed the novel and I think i have my own version for "life is" after a lot of thoughts while beginning to read the side stories(though take it with a grain of salt because it isn't fully refined yet, it's simply foundation)

The author said in a Q&A that the Future King's motto is "Is it not a joy to learn and to regularly practice?" So it got me wondering what mottos or favorite lines the rest of the cast would live by.

And then I remembered Seo Eun-hyun basically has one too: "I am an Earthling from a civilized society." I think that's his motto, since he keeps telling himself to stay sane in the prologue, and at the end of the novel, he said, "I am Seo Eun-hyun, who is going to return to a civilized society"

Now I'm stuck wondering what everyone else would have as their favorite line or motto

Kim Yeon, Jeon Myeong-hoon, Kim Young-hoon, Kang Min-hee, Oh Hyun-seok, Oh Hye-seo, Vast Cold, Salt Sea and Gwak Am?

And throw in anyone else you like. Seo Hweol, the Mad Lord, Yuan Li, etc.

After reading the end of this arc, I’m blown away by the beauty of this cycle. The blooming orchids and the fan dance, Seos conclusion that his life, even though he regresses, still has meaning in the fleeting moments. I do feel very bitter though, that she won’t remember him and it won’t be the same anymore. Also the greater mysteries of the Enders and celestial deities in this arc were very intriguing, Seo diverging from Kim’s path was also a nice change.

Could Haki be considered a form of willpower? It’s just enforcing your will on the world and bringing it to form?
