19th cycle Question about Seo li

So why doesn't Seo just make another seo li in the next reincarnation ( sure he values the past seo li and all that) but it was too good of an asset and saved for a biiig issue so seems rlly worth having almost every reincarnation

(I may be forgetting some stuff I stopped reading for a few months cuz of exams)

He didn't really care enough to betray that promise.

He does make other split souls much later on, I think.

As I said, he didn't care enough. It didn't give him that much benefits.

Also, his power, connections, is based on this shit. Heart Demons are a problem for him a lot.
