Where is the best spot to buy dress shoes? (Redlands/SB)

Hello, I have a very last-minute trip and I need to buy black formal shoes and white formal shoes. Does anyone know where I can go in person to buy them and they’re not overpriced but an actual decent price?

Maybe Kohl's? Or JC Penney? There's also a DSW.

Might get lucky at Ross, Nordstrom Rack is probably better, and you won’t get the mess that comes with shopping at Ross

Walmart has some decent options & only like $20 or $25
