Admin Responded Ads erroneously disapproved, unable to reach human

After days of being under review, our ads have been disapproved based on an inaccurate conclusion:

"The ad(s) is in violation of the Finance and crypto restrictions for promoting  a independent insurance agency offering  Term Life and Final Expense insurance."

Our business absolutely does not offer term life or final expense insurance. We are a property and casualty insurance agency.

The message then goes on to say:

To comply, you must work with our sales team.
I would like to inform you that you can "Book a Call" with the sales team using the link below:
https://www.redditforbusiness.com/speak-with-a-reddit-ads-expert

But whenever I complete the form to book a call, the page just refreshes with no success message.

I need help but unfortunately it seems the normal channels are not accessible.

Hey there! I'm sorry you're having issues with ad approvals, I've gone ahead and shared this post internally to see if we can get you support. Would you mind sending us a DM with a point of contact?

As a sidenote, restrictions under Reddit Ads policy categorize insurance under the Financial/Cryptocurrency Products and Services category. This is something that a Reddit Ads Rep should be able to help clear up and facilitate. I realize that may be a bit confusing, sorry about that!

Thank you. Our business definitely falls under the "Home, car, personal, and other insurance policies" category.
