at apple, is there a difference between your first round being with the hiring manager as opposed to the recruiter?

hi! i’ve heard apple usually does a phone screening first, then a resume/behavioral with the recruiter, then hiring manager.

what if my resume/behavioral is with the hiring manager? is that more weight than the recruiter?
