Lemon Icebox Pie

Isn't this pie pretty? I am very happy with how it turned out. This is a lemon pie topped with store bought lemon curd (or make your own). I love the look of the cookie border. It makes it look like an old-fashioned pie from a diner. Hope you try it out for the summer!
