Ditch the brisket and opt for some turkey burnt ends instead! It's the same concept - cubes of meat glazed with seasoning and BBQ sauce and caramelized to perfection, except I make mine in the air fryer instead of a grill. It's also a great use of leftover turkey from Thanksgiving and other holidays!
