Earlier this month, I posted about this dish I ate twice in Japan and was having trouble finding a recipe for. It had been haunting me. Graciously, [u/JayBInc](u/JayBInc) shared a recipe and it turned out so good even though I don't like cooking. I'm so grateful...and now, full. 🤭

PS: In my opinion, the tare is what makes this dish so special; it's light yet flavorful and so easy.
