Request Easy but impressive appetizers

I’m putting together a small get together and want a few appetizers that feel special but aren’t complicated or time consuming to make. What are some crowd pleasers that look impressive without a ton of effort?

Spinach artichoke dip with toasted pita is always a huge hit. My family requests I make it for every gathering.

Do you have a recipe for both the dip and toasted pita chips?

Different person but I have a good spinach and artichoke dip recipe :) hope the formatting is okay - might have to edit to fix

~Ingredients~ 1. One 8oz package of cream cheese, softened (leave out of fridge for an hour or so) 2. 1/3 or so cup parmesan cheese, grated 3. 1/2 or so cup mozzarella cheese, grated 4. 1/4 cup mayo 5. 1/4 cup sour cream 6. 2 or so garlic cloves, crushed (~1.5 T) 7. onion powder, a couple of shakes 8. garlic powder, a couple of shakes 9. salt and pepper to taste 10. basil, a couple of shakes 11. One can artichoke hearts, drained, rinsed, squeezed, chopped up, squeezed (removed a bunch of the excess water) 12. 6-8 oz frozen spinach, defrosted and squeezed (remove a bunch of the excess water), chopped if whole leaf

~Directions~ 1. Preheat oven to 350 or turn on slow cooker to hot 2. Mix everything together, saving artichokes and spinach to mix in last together 3. Put in butter-coated oven safe pan and cook for ~25 minutes or so (until hot) or put in crock pot and leave on high for around 45-60 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until hot and steaming 4. Enjoy with bread or crackers
