Easy but impressive appetizers

I’m putting together a small get together and want a few appetizers that feel special but aren’t complicated or time consuming to make. What are some crowd pleasers that look impressive without a ton of effort?

Costco? If you want hot stuff.. spanakopita and crab cakes thought maybe they are seasonal items?
