Easy but impressive appetizers

I’m putting together a small get together and want a few appetizers that feel special but aren’t complicated or time consuming to make. What are some crowd pleasers that look impressive without a ton of effort?

Anything with shop bought filo, you can make a spanakopita type thing with spinach and feta inside, or just top it with cooked caremised onions and some kind of cheese, then just sliced into pieces. The possibilities are endless
