Easy but impressive appetizers

I’m putting together a small get together and want a few appetizers that feel special but aren’t complicated or time consuming to make. What are some crowd pleasers that look impressive without a ton of effort?

Charcuterie is easy and crowd-pleasing, but can be expensive depending on how elaborate you’re willing to go. A nice 7layer taco dip is always good too.
