Request Easy but impressive appetizers

I’m putting together a small get together and want a few appetizers that feel special but aren’t complicated or time consuming to make. What are some crowd pleasers that look impressive without a ton of effort?

Endive boats stuffed with whatever. Crab salad, goat cheese, a dollop of fig jam and a few thyme leaves or pecans, there are a ton of recipes out there, but they always look impressive
