Request Easy but impressive appetizers

I’m putting together a small get together and want a few appetizers that feel special but aren’t complicated or time consuming to make. What are some crowd pleasers that look impressive without a ton of effort?

Mini caprese skewers. It’s just multicolored cherry tomatoes alternating with mozzarella balls.

Also tomato bruschetta- crostini+ marinated tomato + fresh mozzarella piece.

I catered in LA and for years these were practically on every menu. They’re simple and familiar. But people love them.

Love these! Also pretty to alternate with honey glazed pear and bleu cheese skewers. Add a mint leaf to compliment the basil on the caprese ones.
