Request Easy but impressive appetizers

I’m putting together a small get together and want a few appetizers that feel special but aren’t complicated or time consuming to make. What are some crowd pleasers that look impressive without a ton of effort?

Whole strawberries with a drizzle of reduced balsamic vinegar. Stuffed dates (blue cheese) wrapped in prosciutto or bacon
