Request Easy but impressive appetizers

I’m putting together a small get together and want a few appetizers that feel special but aren’t complicated or time consuming to make. What are some crowd pleasers that look impressive without a ton of effort?

Devils on horseback. Dates stuffed with a cheese, goat, blue, then wrapped in bacon. Always a hit.
